March 2024 Update – A Criminal Conviction? No Thank You.

Attorney Grubofski’s client found themselves in dire straits when their otherwise pristine record was threatened when criminal charges were filed against them. After reviewing the facts of the case and the issues they presented, Attorney Grubofski was able to have a frank conversation with the prosecuting attorney. The ability to negotiate matters with opposing counsel - even when the opponent is the state - is a skill on which Attorney Grubofski and the firm as a whole pride themselves. The case was resolved with a non-criminal disposition, a much more desirable and appropriate outcome for the client.
