AGV Law is proud to announce that during the Wisconsin Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers annual awards banquet, Attorney Gavin Grubofski was honored with the Kuchler-Nicholson-Stilling Sensitive Crimes Award. This prestigious award was created to honor criminal defense attorneys who have secured acquittals in trials involving felony sexual assault of either an adult or a child. Cases of this type are especially challenging as merely the implication of being charged results in a constant uphill battle, even for the client who is ultimately found not guilty. Attorney Grubofski is grateful for the assistance of Attorneys Vruwink and Abts and other WACDL members who routinely assist in strategizing complicated cases such as these.
